You’ll be part of a supportive Wellbeing Service team, working with partners across health, education and the community. Your work will help children, families and adults build healthier habits and access the right support. You’ll deliver practical activities, share clear advice and support long‑term behaviour change.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver group and one‑to‑one sessions on healthy lifestyles, including nutrition and physical activity

• Work in community settings, schools and outreach environments to engage local people

• Provide advice, brief interventions and signposting to relevant services

• Support programmes such as weight management, oral health and early years initiatives

• Track progress, gather feedback and support service improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Good general education, including English and maths

• Experience working with individuals or groups, ideally in community settings

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and build trust

• An understanding of healthy lifestyles and behaviour change, or willingness to learn

• Ability to organise your own work and adapt your approach to different needs

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and value diverse perspectives to help us deliver inclusive, person‑centred care for our communities.
