Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable Preston dealership. This is a key customer-facing role, where you will act as the main point of contact between service customers and the workshop team, ensuring high standards of customer care and efficient service processes.

Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary up to £27,000, dependent on experience

- Potential to earn up to £32,000 OTE

- Monday to Friday working week, 8:30am – 5:00pm

- Alternate Saturdays worked, with time off in lieu

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Welcoming service customers and managing their appointment needs

- Handling all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the service department

- Effectively communicating vehicle progress and status updates to customers

- Processing payments and follow-up actions to enhance customer satisfaction

- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the motor trade industry

- Industry experience is essential; qualifications are not mandatory

- Strong computer literacy skills

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
