- Using sport and physical activity to promote engagement, teamwork, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

- Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom to help them access learning.

- Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils with emotional regulation.

- Assisting with the implementation of EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies.

- Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, and support staff to meet pupils' individual needs.

- Building positive relationships with pupils to promote inclusion and personal development.

- A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school with a strong focus on pupil wellbeing.

- A supportive leadership team and experienced SEN staff.

- Opportunities to develop your skills through ongoing CPD and training.

- A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to children's education and development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs while using sport as a tool to inspire, motivate, and build confidence.

- Have experience working with children or young people through sports coaching, education, youth work, or similar settings.

- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.

- Be energetic, patient, resilient, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
