Housing Solutions Officer needed in West London Paying £21.52 per hr ref 005649

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Assess housing applications and homelessness cases in line with relevant legislation and guidance.
Provide advice and assistance to prevent homelessness and resolve housing difficulties.
Develop and implement personalised housing plans for applicants.
Negotiate with landlords, housing providers, and external agencies to secure accommodation.
Conduct interviews and assess housing needs, risks, and support requirements.
Manage a caseload of complex housing and homelessness cases.
Make statutory homelessness decisions and maintain accurate case records.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting vulnerable individuals and families.
