Housing Paralegal needed in South west London Paying £20.55 per hr ref OR109329

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Assist solicitors and legal officers with housing law matters.
Prepare legal documents, court bundles, witness statements, and correspondence.
Manage case files and ensure accurate record keeping.
Liaise with housing officers, tenants, external solicitors, barristers, and courts.
Support possession proceedings and anti-social behaviour cases.
Conduct legal research and provide advice on housing legislation and policy.
Attend court hearings where required and take notes.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.
