Summary

Our client, a leading automotive retailer in Stockton, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy branch.

Benefits:

- Basic salary up to £36,000, depending on experience

- OTE of £44,000

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

- The Vehicle Technician will conduct vehicle repairs and servicing to meet industry standards

- Perform diagnostic checks to identify faults

- Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults as the Vehicle Technician

- Complete work adhering to DVSA standards

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

- Utilize the latest technology and tools for vehicle maintenance

- Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent; applications from all skill levels are encouraged

- Full UK driving licence, as vehicle movement is required daily

- Proven experience within a workshop environment

- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills across various vehicle systems

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Enthusiasm for ongoing training and professional development
