Job Role:
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing care delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to and uphold the NMC Professional Code of Conduct always.
Provide clinical oversight of day-to-day care package delivery
Deliver specialist training to new and existing staff to maintain high clinical standards
Attend client reviews as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a strong client advocate
Review and amend care plans and emergency procedures as required.
Completely monthly clinical visits
Liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medical and clinical support
Monitor delivery of care, including infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management; and ensure high standards are maintained.
Provide support in relation to medicines management and be able to assess staff competency to manage medication.
About You:
NMC Registered Nurse (essential)
Experience in complex care or community-based care desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and adaptable
Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care
What We Offer
Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per year
