Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable main dealer group in Plymouth seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician.

This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to join a friendly and well-established team that prioritises staff development and technical excellence.

Duties:

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle faults efficiently

- Performing vehicle servicing and repair work accurately and within set standards

- Road testing vehicles after repairs to ensure proper operation

- Managing parts inventory correctly and ensuring proper storage

- Providing excellent customer communication and technical advice

- Maintaining high levels of professionalism and quality assurance at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade

- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify faults quickly

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship

- Good communication skills and a professional attitude

- Ability to work flexibly within a team-oriented environment

- Willingness to adapt to dealership operational hours, including working Saturdays on a rota
