Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer group based in Plymouth, Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established dealership that prioritises quality, customer service, and employee development.

The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for career progression within the company.

Duties:

- Accurately diagnosing faults using various diagnostic tools

- Carrying out repairs, servicing, and inspections to high standards

- Road testing vehicles to verify repair quality

- Correctly handling parts and workshop equipment

- Providing excellent customer care and communication

- Following workshop procedures to meet health and safety standards

Requirements:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician

- Proven experience in a busy workshop environment

- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures

- Ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team

- Excellent attention to detail

- Customer-focused approach with good communication skills
