Our client, a reputable Independent Car Dealership in Plymouth, is seeking a experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to develop their career within a well-established business that values its employees.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers by diagnosing faults, repairing vehicles, and ensuring high standards of workmanship. The successful Vehicle Technician will be joining a company that invests heavily in staff training and development, providing continuous opportunities for career progression and skill enhancement.

- Competitive basic salary up to £42,000 DOE

- Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30

- 1 in 2 Saturdays, 08:30 to 12:30

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

- Diagnosing and fault-finding to determine required repairs

- Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance in a timely manner

- Road testing vehicles to ensure repairs are effective and safety standards are met

- Handling and storing parts accurately

- Providing excellent customer service and technical advice

- Ensuring workshop health and safety compliance

Requirements:

- At least a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or independent garage

- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work efficiently

- Full UK driving licence

- A proactive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
