Job Advert – Personal Assistant (PA)
HOURLY RATE: £14.31 PER HOUR (rate effective from 01/04/26)
CONTRACT – PERMANENT PART TIME: 6 HOURS A WEEK
About Me
• I am a man in my late 70s living with my wife.
• I have a diagnosis of Dementia and Parkinsons.
• I enjoy keeping up to date with current affairs.
• I enjoy cooking.
• I like getting out and about, shopping, going for coffee, and staying active in my community.
• When I’m out, I like to hire a mobility scooter.
About the Role
I am looking for someone to accompany me so I can continue to remain independent. The role will involve supporting me when I go out, such as:
• Shopping trips
• Visits to the bank
• Going for a haircut
• Taking me to Appointments

• A friendly and empathetic gentleman
• Someone patient, understanding and supportive
