JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT

HOURLY RATE: £14.31 PER HOUR

CONTRACT – PERMANENT PART TIME: 4 HOURS A WEEK (Increasing to 8 hours p/w during the Summer holidays)

A Little about myself

I am a kind, helpful and sociable 16-year-old girl who has a diagnosis of Global Developmental delay and Autism. I live with my mum and dad and brother in Newport.

I would like someone to support me and take me out and about in the community to build on my social skills. I love being outside, walking and playing in the park but I don’t like dogs.

I also love music and singing and dancing and watching videos on YouTube.
