Summary

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Hours: 4 hours per month (Saturday)

A Personal Assistant is required to support a 16-year-old boy with autism to access the community.

About me

I am a very active young person who enjoys being out in the community. I always require close supervision to ensure my safety.

I enjoy:

• Swimming

• Bowling

• Trips to the cinema

• Visiting McDonald’s

I also love music and watching YouTube and would benefit from support from someone who can engage with me around these interests. I am currently learning independence skills and require encouragement and guidance.

Main Duties

• Provide 1:1 support at all times

• Support safe access to the community

• Assist with social and leisure activities

• Support the development of independence skills

• Ensure my safety and wellbeing when out and about
