YMCA St James's Road offers a homely, caring environment for children aged 6 weeks - 5 years old, with flexible day care places,
all year round, 8am - 6pm Monday-Friday.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Working closely with the Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team in delivering outstanding care and education. You will support
day-to-day operations while inspiring high-quality practice across all areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating safe, stimulating and inclusive environments where every child thrives
* Planning engaging learning experiences in line with EYFS requirements
* Supporting and developing team members to reach their potential
* Building positive relationships with families and the wider community
* Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and child wellbeing
