    Enablement and Support Co-ordinator - ABS48982

    Aberdeenshire Council - Aberdeen City

    £16,763 to £17,501 a year

    On-sitePermanentPart time

Job Description This post will formulate part of Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership’s Discharge to Assess model of care delivery.
