Your work will be informed by each learner's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) as well as the professional recommendations provided by the Occupational Therapist and Speech and Language Therapist. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of Therapy-led interventions, both on a one-to-one basis and in group settings. Execute tailored strategies and activities that are aligned with the outcomes specified in EHCPs. Assist learners in developing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living skills. Monitor and document progress, providing feedback to the Occupational Therapist and the Speech and Language Therapist and the wider team. Promote independence and well-being within a nurturing and inclusive environment. Can effectively collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Possesses some knowledge or experience in therapies within an educational or care setting (desirable but not essential).
