Customer Service Assistant About the Role Our client is looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join their team. This role is centred around processing customer orders and providing excellent support throughout the order journey. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, respond to customer enquiries, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing a high standard of customer service. Advise customers on order status, tracking information, and delivery timescales. Liaise with managers and the logistics team to provide updates on order progress and expected deliveries. Handle payment enquiries and process payments over the phone. Maintain accurate customer account records and support with related administration. Ensure all order information is entered and maintained accurately within internal systems. Provide administrative and operational support to the wider business as required.
