    Digital Product Owner (AEM)

Nuffield Health - City of London, London

    ContractFull time

Digital Product Owner (AEM) Barbican, London | Hybrid Working | Fixed-Term Contract till end of 2027 | Full-Time Competitive salary available, depending on experience 37.5 hours per week Nuffield Health is the charity that's building a healthier nation, one day at a time. From award-winning hospitals and leisure facilities to flagship community programmes - we'll do whatever it takes to look after the UK's wellbeing. It starts with passion and commitment to quality. It starts with you. We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Digital Product Owner (AEM) to play a leading role in the transformation of Nuffield Health's website and digital customer experience. We are replatforming our website onto Adobe Experience Manager, but this is far more than a technology or content migration. It is an opportunity to redesign how people discover, understand and access Nuffield Health's services, creating simpler, more connected and more effective digital experiences. You will be accountable for turning the programme vision and OKRs into a clear product strategy, outcome-led roadmap and prioritised backlog. Working across customer experience, design, content, technology, data, SEO, marketing and our business services, you will ensure that the programme delivers measurable improvements for our customers and for Nuffield Health. This is a pivotal role within the programme. You will provide strong product leadership, make evidence-based prioritisation decisions and ensure that the new website is designed around customer needs and organisational outcomes, rather than becoming a like-for-like migration of the existing estate As our Digital Product Owner (AEM), you will: Translate the programme's strategic objectives and OKRs into measurable product outcomes, roadmap priorities and delivery goals. Define what success looks like for each major product outcome, including relevant customer, commercial, operational, content, accessibility and technical measures. Own and continuously refine the product roadmap and backlog, prioritising work according to customer value, strategic alignment, OKR contribution, risk, effort and technical dependencies. Make timely and transparent scope and prioritisation decisions, including difficult trade-offs between experience quality, delivery timescales, commercial value, platform capability, technical debt and risk. Set clear minimum experience and quality thresholds, ensuring that delivery pressures do not compromise critical customer, accessibility, security or brand requirements. Facilitate sprint planning, refinement, reviews and other product ceremonies, while ensuring the team remains focused on outcomes rather than output volume. Build and maintain trusted senior stakeholder relationships, aligning diverse priorities through evidence-based product decisions, transparent prioritisation, and constructive challenge to ensure focus on agreed customer outcomes and programme OKRs. Work effectively with strategic delivery partners and suppliers, setting clear expectations and ensuring that Nuffield Health receives measurable value from its investments. Experience and attributes you will bring to the team: Significant experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager for complex, high-traffic customer-facing websites or digital products. Prior experience with Adobe CX enterprise products, especially AEM, Target and Analytics, ideally in a fitness or healthcare environment. Previous experience on a CMS migration would be a bonus. Have good knowledge of the SEO/GEO landscape and what's important to boost rankings / citations. An interest and excitement about AI and how it can improve the way we work. Be familiar with Agile methodology and have worked in SCRUM / KANBAN, as well as be comfortable using tools like Jira and Confluence. Excellent communicator and ability to engage and influence people at all levels on the reasons for and the successes of the migration. Demonstrable ability to balance revenue driving features with vulnerability management, maintenance and technical debt reduction. Helping you feel good. We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. That's why we've developed a benefits package with you in mind. Here, you can choose from a range of fitness, lifestyle, health and fitness wellbeing rewards, such as free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts and pension options. At Nuffield Health, we take care of what's important to you. If you like what you see, why not start your application now? We consider applications as we receive them and reserve the right to close adverts early (for example, where we have received an unprecedented high volume of applications).
