Working as part of Bupa Global's Marketing and Engagement team, you'll support the delivery of regional and global programmes that strengthen our reputation, deepen customer and broker relationships, and showcase the value of partnering with Bupa. Key Responsibilities You'll help us make health happen by: Creating, editing and sharing engaging communications across internal and external channels. Supporting the delivery of email campaigns, newsletters, presentations and stakeholder updates. Helping sales teams understand new processes and initiatives through training and communication support. Managing communication schedules, content libraries and approval processes to keep projects running smoothly. Building strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales and wider business teams. Supporting the planning and delivery of a high-quality events programme for clients, intermediaries and key partners. Managing event registration platforms, attendee data and reporting while making sure data is handled in line with GDPR requirements. Coordinating event communications before, during and after events, including delegate communications and social media activity. Supporting event logistics, supplier management, branded materials and attendee experiences. Providing on-site support at events where required. Acting as a key contact for delegates, speakers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Producing post-event reports, gathering feedback and identifying ways to improve future activity. Monitoring event and communication performance and sharing insights with the wider team. Supporting governance, compliance and procurement processes to make sure activities meet internal requirements and regulatory standards. Helping manage team budgets, purchase orders and invoice processing. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with a wide range of people. You'll have: Marketing, events or communications experience preferred Understanding of compliance and QA processes, ability to problem solve and land on processes and solutions within our risk appetite Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Advanced standard of written and spoken English Self-motivated, articulate and numerate with an ability to negotiate and align with people at all levels both internally and externally Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels Excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders Experience of working in a regulated environment would be helpful but isn't essential. As M&E Planning Executive you will you will be tasked with professionally coordinating a variety of contracted Meeting and Events. You will be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills, have the ability to adapt and multi task whilst having that keen eye for detail. Your key responsibility is to ensure that all contracted events are co-ordinated in line with company standard and client contracts ensuring that all function information is gathered and communicated to the hotel operations team prior to event. Key Responsibilities: Deal with all contracted bookings ensuring all final detail including delegate numbers, rooming's lists and timings are collected from booker. Arrange and conduct final details meeting/calls with organizer prior to event. Ensuring they are fulfilled professionally, efficiently and effectively and mirror the requirements of the visiting client whilst enabling you to gather all relevant information in order to produce function sheet. Update Sales & Catering/Opera with accurate and relevant information ensuring revenue is loaded in line with event contract. Produce function sheets for all events ensuring all necessary detail is noted Ensure all rooming list details and requirements are gathered and handed across to Groups Coordinator Arrange initial pre event brief meeting for all clients on day one of their event ensuring hotel operations team are in attendance. Arrange post event debrief for all clients on the last day of their event, ensuring debrief contains discussion regarding future requirements/rebook and completion of venue verdict feedback form which will be issued by email post event. Complete daily meeting and event revenue postings. Increase conversion of event rebooks by developing client Relationships. Work with M&E Business Development Manager/ Hotel M&E Planning Manager to ensure revenue targets are achieved by promoting rebook of events and upselling of products/services. Identify new sales leads, chase and secure the lead with the guidance of the Sales Manager. Be familiar of sister hotels where cross-selling opportunities exist and ensure leads are forwarded on and followed up. Carry out the company's customer relations policy and communicate hotel services to guests. Maintain high standards of self-presentation at all times.
