We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified, competent, confident, and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the Wellbeing in Newham Schools Team. You will be responsible for supporting with the delivery of the Mental Health Occupational Therapy provision within schools alongside the Band 7 OT within the team. The People Liaison Officer will play a pivotal role within the people relations team and the wider People and Culture services to ensure that staff are well supported at every stage in their employment life cycle, particularly where a challenge or issue has arisen. The role has two key elements in enabling a culture shift in how employee relations cases are managed - 1.
