We're particularly interested in hearing from you if you: - Have strong experience supporting children with SEND. - Understand that every child's needs present differently. - Can adapt your approach rather than relying on one strategy. - Build trusting relationships with children. - Are confident contributing ideas and observations to the wider SEND team. - Communicate effectively with teachers and other professionals. - Are calm, patient and consistent. - Would like to develop greater responsibility within SEND. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, will be required. This isn't simply another Teaching Assistant position.
