We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team based in Chiswell Street, London. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Construction team, where you'll take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering construction projects successfully. Your day to day will include: -Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects from inception to completion -Monitoring, forecasting, and reporting project costs and values whilst maximising project profitability -Procuring and commercially managing subcontractor packages, including assessment and certification of payments -Preparing monthly applications for payment and agreeing final accounts -Building and maintaining strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships whilst mentoring junior team members What are we looking for?
