In this role, you will work closely with estate owners and leaseholders to manage the day‑to‑day upkeep of a varied portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This is not an estate agency position; instead, the Property Manager will take responsibility for overseeing contracted maintenance, attending client meetings, liaising regularly with surveyors and contractors to resolve complex issues, project managing major works, preparing budgets, producing reports, and ensuring ongoing compliance with legal obligations, alongside various additional duties.
