T H E R O L E As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery and performance of multiple corporate security contracts across your assigned region. K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S Day-to-day, you'll be: - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple corporate security contracts within your region, ensuring services are delivered in line with client expectations and ICTS standards. - Line managing contract-based operational teams (the number of teams and sites may vary), providing direction, coaching, and performance management. - Developing strong, collaborative working relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and operational effectiveness. - Monitoring and reporting on contract performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, taking corrective action where necessary. - Ensuring full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements across all locations under your responsibility. - Conducting on-site audits and reviews, supporting continuous improvement and adherence to standards. - Working closely with the Head of Operations to deliver regional objectives and support wider strategic initiatives. - Collaborating with internal functions including Recruitment, HR, Compliance, and Training to ensure resourcing, development, and support needs are met. - Promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and inclusion across your teams, aligned with ICTS values. - Supporting the mobilisation of new contracts or the transition of existing contracts within your region, as required. - Acting as the key escalation point for operational matters in your region and supporting incident response activity where necessary. - Travelling regularly between sites to maintain visibility, support teams, and engage with clients face to face. - Delivering ICTS's wider strategy, offering insights and operational feedback to shape long-term goals and business development priorities. You will ideally have: • Proven experience managing a responsive repairs and/or voids contract • Experience within social housing, housing associations, local authorities, property services or facilities management • A strong track record of delivering against KPIs and SLAs • Experience managing multi-trade operatives and operational support teams • Strong knowledge of building repairs, trade operations and SOR pricing • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs and contract margins • Experience dealing with resident complaints, escalations and complex repairs • Knowledge of damp, mould and disrepair would be advantageous • Experience of contract mobilisation and/or TUPE would be beneficial • Good understanding of health & safety, CDM, safeguarding and relevant compliance requirements • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Excellent organisational and resource-planning abilities • Confidence using data and management information to drive performance • Experience using job management, scheduling or CRM systems Qualifications A relevant trade, construction, housing or management qualification such as HNC/HND, CIH or equivalent experience would be desirable. NEBOSH, asbestos awareness and damp & mould/HHSRS training would also be advantageous. A full UK driving licence is essential. We're looking for a skilled, reliable and proactive Premises Manager to join our team at Christ Church CofE Primary School. This is a key role in ensuring our school site is safe, secure, clean, welcoming and well-maintained for our pupils, staff and the wider school community. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our premises, including security, cleaning oversight, DIY maintenance, health and safety compliance, and contractor management.
