Working closely with income generation colleagues, the post holder will bring together fundraising, media, marketing, digital, creative and campaigns activity to maximise income, supporter acquisition and retention. Main duties and responsibilities Campaigns and Communications In partnership with income generation colleagues, develop and lead the delivery of multi-channel promotional strategies to support campaigns, events and appeals such as Light up a Life, Treecycling, the Chocolate 5K, community fundraising, individual giving and legacy promotion. You and your role As an Operational Management Information Developer, you will play a key role in using data and insight to help shape services that support millions of customers across the UK. You'll work in our Working Age Data and Performance Team - at the heart of DWP's Digital Transformation Group - providing analysis and performance reporting that drive continuous improvement across Working Age services. You'll develop high-quality management information, dashboards and analytical products using tools such as Power BI and SQL, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision making.
