About You We are looking for someone with: Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager, MEP Manager, Mechanical Manager, Plumbing Manager or Senior MEP Supervisor. A strong mechanical/plumbing background is highly desirable. Experience working on high-end fit-out, refurbishment or commercial projects. Strong understanding of MEP installation, coordination, testing and commissioning. Experience managing MEP subcontractors and supply chains. Confidence chairing meetings and dealing directly with clients and project stakeholders. Strong knowledge of RAMS, quality control, test packs and commissioning.
