Good understanding of consultant clinics, patient pathways, referrals, and clinical correspondence. Focused on maintaining high service standards and timely completion of letters and documentation. Experience using EMR and patient booking systems; Meddbase experience is highly desirable. Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy multispecialty environment.
