About the Role · Manage a portfolio of national accounts, developing strategies to maximise retention, sustainable growth and long-term customer value. · Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact and trusted partner. · Develop a detailed understanding of customer needs, objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for growth. · Identify opportunities to increase the depth and breadth of services customers use across the commercial training portfolio. · Develop account plans and activity that support revenue growth, customer retention and long-term account development. · Use customer data, insight and performance information to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks. · Monitor account performance and take proactive action to improve customer engagement, retention and commercial outcomes. · Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency across the account portfolio. · Work closely with the Growth team to support revenue generation, market share expansion and pipeline development. · Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Business Development, Training, Operations and other functions to deliver effective and customer-focused solutions. · Share customer and market insight to inform wider commercial strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. · Support the development of a high-performing, customer-centric commercial function aligned to St John Ambulance's 2026–2028 strategic ambitions.
