What's involved with this role: Triumph Consultants are looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to provide an effective, flexible landlord service to customers and to build communities, which our customers are proud to live in. Neighbourhood Officer (Housing) Pay Rate: £18.16 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Contract length: 3 Months Location: Frome, Somerset, BA11 4BN Key requirements: A full UK driving licence is essential and must have access to their own vehicle and be comfortable travelling between properties and customer locations as required. Previous experience in housing, neighbourhood management, tenancy management. Experience of working in a customer focussed environment Knowledge of the housing sector and current housing issues Key responsibilities: Enforce and support the landlord strategies of Safety First and Rent First. Use a risk-based approach to schedule and complete Neighbourhood Inspections. Be accountable for identifying and reporting risks to ensure the risk is managed effectively.
