    Private care Medical day Unit are seeking an enthusiastic Coordinator to help maintain the efficient management of the scheduling team on Medical day Unit at our Chelsea site. This post is vital to the smooth running of the main unit. You will work in a busy environment, providing a supportive role to the clinical teams and the effective running of the on-site scheduling team. The role also includes some movement around different parts of the hospital as well as admin based roles. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and organisational skills. Bayman ward is a 25 bedded ward providing a service supporting stroke rehabilitation. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will help maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business. As occasional travel between company sites is required, a full UK driving licence is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and facilities * Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical, electrical, and control systems * Accurately record maintenance activities within the Maintenance Management System (MMS) * Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reliability * Work collaboratively with production and operational teams to minimise downtime * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and industry standards * Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment where required WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Essential: * Time-served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3/4, HNC, HND or equivalent) * Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role involving both mechanical and electrical maintenance * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of PLCs, motors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems * A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving licence Desirable: * Experience using CMMS or maintenance management systems * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification * Mitsubishi PLC knowledge and experience * IOSH Managing Safely qualification * Experience with steam generation systems WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
