Your role will involve the dispensing and labelling of a wide range of medicines for inpatient and discharges prescriptions within the Inpatient Pharmacy Department. You will need good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You must be able to work accurately and quickly under pressure and be committed to the delivery of high standards in a patient focused service. Previous pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided, plus you will be required to study for and gain the NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services. This is a mandatory qualification for this post and therefore you must satisfy apprenticeship funding to apply for this role.
