About You Essential experience & skills include: Experience supporting young people individually and in groups. Experience of working with employers and external partners. Understanding of FE landscape, including study programmes, apprenticeships or T Levels (or willingness to develop this knowledge). Experience of facilitating and delivering sessions or workshops (or a willingness to develop skills towards this). Qualifications: 5 GCSEs (A-C / 9-4) including Maths and English. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Relevant learner‑support qualification (or willingness to obtain). Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake).
