Advert Day Service Officer (Anchor Centre) Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the delivery of day care to adults who have PMLD and Autism, consistent with Social Work policies and procedures including assisting service users to meet their needs as detailed in their care plans in a way which respects their dignity as individuals, maximising their levels of independence and promoting their inclusion within the wider community.
