Join Our Dynamic Maternity Team
We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated midwife to join our Antenatal Day Unit and Maternity Triage services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to women and families by delivering safe, responsive and high-quality care throughout pregnancy.
You will work autonomously within your scope of practice, providing expert assessment, care planning and interventions for women attending triage both in person and via telephone. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure women receive personalised, effective care when they need it most.
The role includes assessing care needs, developing and evaluating individualised care plans, monitoring outcomes, managing test results and supporting home blood pressure monitoring programmes. You will use your clinical judgement to respond confidently to both routine and emergency situations while maintaining the highest standards of care.
As an integral member of the team, you will build strong collaborative relationships, contribute to a positive patient experience and support the development of colleagues and students through supervision, mentoring and teaching.
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional maternity care, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to improving outcomes for women and their families, we would love to hear from you.
Lead the Future of Maternity Care

In this influential role, you will provide strategic leadership across maternity services, driving excellence in clinical care and championing continuous improvement. You will lead on clinical governance, quality initiatives, service development, research and audit activity, ensuring women and families receive safe, compassionate and personalised care.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders, you will support the delivery of national and local maternity priorities and contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, guidelines and clinical protocols that promote safe and effective practice.
You will play a key role in driving innovation and modernisation, identifying opportunities to improve services and embed new ways of working. You will also contribute to the public health agenda, supporting initiatives that enhance the health and wellbeing of women, babies and families.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to improving outcomes, influencing positive change and helping shape the future of maternity care.
