We are building a team of health and education professionals (Experts at Hand) to provide earlier intervention and stronger inclusion in schools settings, providing practical support where it is needed, and helping children and young people receive the right support, at the right time. By sharing your expertise and working collaboratively with colleagues across organisations, you'll play a key role in improving outcomes for children, families, and schools across Oxfordshire. As part of our Experts at Hand programme, you'll join a growing community of specialists dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Working across education, health and care, we are creating more connected, responsive services that help children and young people access support earlier, whilst building confidence, skills and inclusive practice within schools and settings. The Cognition, Learning and Down Syndrome team is part of the SEND and Inclusion Support Services (SENDISS) and plays a vital role in helping children and young people overcome barriers to learning. Through specialist advice, practical support and collaborative working, the team helps schools create inclusive environments where children can participate, achieve and develop confidence and independence. About the Role As a Cognition, Learning and Down Syndrome Advisory Support Worker, you will be a valued member of a specialist team supporting children and young people across mainstream schools, educational settings and the wider community. Working alongside specialist teachers and school staff, you will help children with cognition and learning needs and/or Down Syndrome access learning, build independence and achieve their potential. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work directly with children and young people, supporting the delivery of individualised strategies and interventions that help them engage in learning and school life. You will contribute to child-centred planning, support key transitions and help ensure that the views of children, young people and their families remain at the heart of decision-making. A significant part of the role involves working alongside school staff to build confidence and capacity within mainstream settings. You will model effective strategies, share practical approaches and support schools to develop inclusive practice that enables children and young people to participate more fully in learning and everyday school experiences. Using an Assess, Plan, Do, Review approach, you will help deliver support that is purposeful, measurable and focused on positive outcomes. Working collaboratively with families, schools and professionals, you will contribute to creating environments where children and young people feel understood, included and supported. Through your work, you will help remove barriers to learning and support children and young people to develop the confidence, skills and independence they need to thrive. This is a term-time only role with regular travel to schools, settings and community locations across Oxfordshire and an office base at Ron Groves House in Kidlington. An Enhanced DBS check, including a check of the Children's Barred List, is required. About you You are passionate about inclusion and believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. You understand that the right support, delivered at the right time, can have a significant impact on a child's confidence, wellbeing and educational experience. You will have recent, relevant experience of supporting children and young people with cognition and learning needs and/or Down Syndrome within mainstream educational settings. You will understand the barriers that some children may face and be committed to helping schools develop practical, inclusive approaches that enable children and young people to participate fully in school life. Strong relationships are at the heart of this role, so you'll be a confident communicator who can build trust with children, young people, families, school staff and professional partners. You'll listen carefully, communicate sensitively and work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for those you support. You will be organised, flexible and able to work independently across a variety of settings. You'll be confident managing your workload, prioritising tasks and travelling between schools and educational settings. Most importantly, you'll bring a calm, patient and solution-focused approach, using your skills and experience to help others find practical ways to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a genuine difference and want to be part of our community of Experts at Hand, we'd love to hear from you. National Accounts Manager
Impact Futures - remote

PermanentFull time
Job Advert Are you an experienced National or Key Account Manager who knows how to turn major client relationships into long-term partnerships? Do you enjoy owning complex, multi-site accounts and finding opportunities to grow revenue? Could you bring together multiple services and brands to create a better experience for some of the UK's largest organisations? Impact Futures Group have an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team as National Accounts Manager. This is a remote role with occasional travelling for meetings. The Role At Impact Futures Group, we train people who look after other people. Across our three training brands, we support organisations across health and social care, education, early years and commercial sectors, working with some of the largest employers in the UK. We’re now looking for a National Accounts Manager to take ownership of our largest and most complex client relationships at group level. Currently, a large employer might work with one of our brands for first aid training, another for statutory and mandatory training, and another for clinical skills. The National Accounts Manager will bring those relationships together — creating a simpler experience for our clients while identifying opportunities to grow partnerships across the wider group. This is a senior individual contributor role with one direct report, with accountability for the revenue, retention and growth of a defined portfolio of national accounts. You’ll be the person those clients know, trust and call first. What you'll be doing Own and develop national accounts - Take overall commercial ownership of a defined portfolio of national accounts across our three brands. - Build and maintain strategic account plans covering spend, renewal dates, decision makers, risks and growth opportunities. - Act as the senior point of contact for your clients, including when challenges arise. - Run structured account reviews, demonstrating the value we deliver rather than simply focusing on volume booked. - Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers. Grow revenue across the group - Identify and convert cross-brand opportunities, introducing existing clients to the wider group offering. - Lead responses to large tenders, frameworks and multi-site agreements, bringing together specialists from across the business. - Negotiate pricing, terms and service levels within agreed commercial parameters. - Maintain an accurate and commercially realistic CRM pipeline, including values, stages and expected close dates. - Identify opportunities to increase spend, expand services and develop strategic partnerships. Protect deliverability - Work closely with Operations, Quality and Compliance before making commitments around volume, timescales or specialist requirements. - Ensure what is sold can be delivered to the expected standard and margin. - Own the handover into delivery and remain visible to the client throughout mobilisation on major accounts. Represent the group - Act as an ambassador for our brands at client meetings, industry events and within the wider sector. - Build credibility across health and social care, education and commercial environments. - Share market intelligence, competitor activity and client requirements with our commercial and marketing teams. - Represent the group and individual brands appropriately when working with clients across multiple businesses. You’ll be joining a leading national training provider at an exciting time of growth and expansion, working in a fun and supportive environment in an organisation with a strong focus on people and culture. Expect regular catch-ups and socials with your team, surprises in the post and company-wide social events- we’re a friendly bunch! The Benefits - Bonus - 25 days holiday plus public and bank holidays - 3 additional days of paid leave for Christmas Shut down - Volunteer day - Well-being day - Enhanced Sick Pay - BUPA Healthcare Cashback plan - Enhanced Maternity paid leave - Enhanced Paternity paid leave - Grandparent paid leave - Bereavement paid leave - Life Assurance - Refer a friend bonus - Birthday day off - 3% pension contribution using pension provider NEST - Shopping discount & cash back platform - Refer a friend bonus - Employee Financial Wellbeing support - Buy an additional 5 days annual leave - Employee Assistance Helpline - Company events and social gatherings - Appreciation gifts About You We’re looking for someone who is: - Commercially driven and motivated by achieving targets and KPIs. - A confident and engaging communicator, both verbally and in writing. - Naturally personable, friendly and able to build strong relationships with a wide range of customers. - Comfortable managing multiple customers and opportunities at different stages of the sales journey. - Organised, proactive and able to prioritise competing responsibilities. - Confident asking questions, understanding customer needs and providing solutions. - Comfortable presenting and demonstrating products to prospective customers. - Self-motivated and able to work towards monthly and annual targets. - Positive, adaptable and willing to get stuck in with a genuine can-do attitude. - IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and ideally HubSpot or another CRM system. - Quick to learn new products, processes and systems. - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and understanding how this contributes to customer retention and revenue growth. What will success look like? Within your first 12 months, we’ll be looking for you to: - Deliver revenue and margin against the national accounts target. - Retain key accounts and secure renewals ahead of expiry. - Increase the number of clients buying services from more than one of our brands. - Have a clear, current account plan in place for every account in your portfolio. - Maintain forecast accuracy within agreed tolerances. - Support your direct report to perform against target and develop professionally. - Ensure there are no major delivery failures resulting from commitments made during the sales process. Your first 90 days Your first three months will be about getting close to the clients and understanding the opportunity. You’ll meet every named account, validate the existing pipeline so the numbers are real rather than inherited, and develop a clear view of which accounts are at risk — and where the biggest opportunities for growth sit.
