Summary

Oakham School is seeking an experienced and proactive Academic Data and Systems Manager to play a key role in the management and development of the School's Management Information System (MIS) and wider pupil-data systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to lead the effective use of academic data across the School. Working within our Digital Services team, you will oversee academic reporting processes, support system integrations, maintain data quality and help colleagues make the most of the systems that underpin teaching, learning and operational decision-making.

Essential requirements

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working with a school MIS or similar student information system, excellent data management skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical system solutions. Experience of assessment and reporting processes within an educational environment is essential.
