Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Information derived from meaningful and relevant analysis of accurate and complete data is key to good decision making for operational, corporate and strategic issues.

The Senior Information Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing and presenting data for all aspects of his/her areas of responsibility.

He/she will work closely with stakeholders, leading development, production and promotion of a range of statistical and information services across complex areas of clinical, operational and corporate services.

This role is required to provide specialist and dedicated analytic support for group wide pathology related Financial Improvement Programmes and the identification of initiatives to help achieve the FIP savings target of £2.5M.

· Providing regular highlight reports of activity, spend and trends

· Supporting FIP opportunity identification, quantification and tracking

· Measuring the impact of test changes

· Supporting the development of Service Line Reporting for NMUH

· Reporting to a variety of groups including FRB, pathology clinical steering group, LECs

· Provision of bespoke data requests.

· Supporting the development of Power BI app for pathology

· Benchmarking of Pathology activity across HUs, Other Providers, and GPs
