The Role

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will play a key role in managing repairs from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring customers receive an exceptional service throughout the repair journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing vehicle damage and capturing images for repair estimates.

Producing accurate estimates using industry-leading estimating systems.

Liaising with customers, insurers, work providers, and repair teams throughout the process.

Monitoring repairs and updating estimates as work progresses.

Working closely with technicians to ensure all repair requirements are captured.

Completing final job reconciliations and preparing work for invoicing.

Maintaining excellent levels of customer service and communication.

What We're Looking For

Experience within the automotive, vehicle repair, bodyshop, estimating, or accident repair sector is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.

Flexible, hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.

Experience using estimating systems such as Audatex would be beneficial but training can be provided.
