Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor for a reputable accident repair centre in Dundee. This is an excellent Vehicle Damage Assessor opportunity for an experienced professional looking to join a large, secure company that offers room for career progression. The Vehicle Damage Assessor will play a vital role in inspecting damaged vehicles, assessing repairs, and liaising with insurance companies and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Duties:

- Conduct detailed inspections of damaged vehicles to evaluate the extent of damage

- Produce accurate damage reports, cost estimates, and repair timeframes

- Liaise effectively with insurance companies and customers to facilitate repair processes

- Ensure all work complies with the highest technical and quality standards

- Maintain good communication and customer service throughout the repair process

- Keep up-to-date with industry practices and accident repair procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or equivalent role within a bodyshop environment

- IMI VDA qualification is essential

- Audatex qualification desirable

- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service

- Full UK driving licence

- Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and produce detailed reports
