Summary

Sales Controller – Warwick

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Controller, Automotive Sales Controller or Dealership Sales Controller to join a busy main dealership in Warwick. Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience, ideally within a Sales Controller or senior dealership sales role. A Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK are required.

Location: Warwick

Salary: £27,000 Basic | OTE: £55,000 + Company Car

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (5-day working week with a day off during the week)

Sales Controller Role

- Support and motivate the Sales Executives to achieve dealership sales targets

- Monitor sales enquiries, leads, conversion rates and team performance

- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are followed up effectively

- Work closely with the Sales Manager to maximise sales and profitability

- Support the team with customer negotiations and closing sales

- Oversee vehicle availability, stock information and CRM records

- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process

Sales Controller Requirements

- Previous automotive sales experience within a main dealership

- Sales Controller, Senior Sales Executive or similar experience preferred

- Strong understanding of dealership sales processes and performance targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills

- Ability to coach and support a sales team

- Good organisational skills and experience using CRM systems

- Full UK Driving Licence

- Right to work in the UK
