Summary

Sales Executive – Leamington Spa

We are recruiting for a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join an established main dealership in Leamington Spa. Applicants must have previous sales or retail experience, a proven ability to achieve targets and a valid driving licence. Motor trade experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Salary: £21,000 Basic | OTE: £45,000

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (working rota to be confirmed) day off in the week

Sales Executive Role

- Sell new and used vehicles while delivering excellent customer service

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles

- Manage showroom, telephone and online enquiries

- Generate sales opportunities through prospecting and follow-up calls

- Achieve monthly vehicle sales, finance and profitability targets

- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow FCA compliance procedures

Sales Executive Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or retail with a proven record of achieving targets

- Automotive sales experience is desirable but not essential

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Confidence in building relationships and negotiating sales

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

- Valid driving licence

- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday
