Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support the hospitality team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain excellent standards of food and beverage service.
• Assist with the coordination of events, functions and dining services.
• Lead by example, supporting and motivating colleagues.
• Ensure health and safety, food hygiene and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Help resolve operational issues and ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
About You
• Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to support varying service requirements.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly desirable, as the venue is located just outside Cambridge and driving may be necessary, even though the distance is relatively short.
