Summary

We are recruiting a Car Sales Executive for our reputable automotive dealership in Penge, South London. This Car Sales Executive opportunity offers excellent earning potential, career progression and the chance to join a supportive, high-performing team.

Duties:

- As a Car Sales Executive, you will engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.

- Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers.

- Manage test drives, customer follow-ups and sales enquiries.

- Negotiate effectively and complete vehicle sales.

- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Keep up to date with vehicle product knowledge and automotive industry developments.

- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s continued success.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry, ideally in retail car sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- A target-driven approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

- Self-motivation, a professional appearance and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

- Full UK driving licence.

- The successful Car Sales Executive will demonstrate ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for the motor trade.
