We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused car sales executive to join a reputable, family-run dealership in Bromley. Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their vehicle requirements

- Guide customers through the sales process, highlighting vehicle features and benefits

- Generate leads proactively through various channels to maximise sales opportunities

- Negotiate and close sales confidently to meet and exceed targets

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the vehicle range, current offers, and features

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and dealership sales goals

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

- Previous experience in car sales or related sales roles is advantageous but not essential

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities

- Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to meet customer needs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Full UK driving licence
