Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities in supported living services across Kettering.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

Assist with personal care and daily living activities.

Support cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.

Encourage independence, choice and community participation.

Support with medication and healthcare appointments.

Promote safeguarding, dignity and wellbeing.

Maintain accurate care records and follow support plans.

Willingness to provide personal care.

Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential.

Ability to travel reliably to services in and around Kettering.
