Shifts: 8am-8pm (Days) | 8pm-8am (Nights)

Support Workers for a friendly residential care home in Ringstead, near Kettering.

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with meals, hydration and mobility.
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures.
- Working alongside colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, compassionate and reliable individual.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous care experience desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts.
- Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle, or someone who can reliably travel to Ringstead.
