The Opportunity
HRGO Recruitment is recruiting an experienced
People Partner / HR Business Partner for a well-established manufacturing business in North Wales
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can hit the ground running.
Supporting approximately 100 employees, you will be a key member of the site leadership team, providing practical HR advice, coaching managers and driving people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and strategic HR support to the manufacturing site.
- Manage employee relations, performance management and HR compliance.
- Coach and develop line managers on HR best practice.
- Support recruitment, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Manage trade union relationships, consultations and pay negotiations.
- Work closely with senior management to deliver business objectives.
- Support HR projects, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Experience working with trade unions and employee consultations.
- Confident coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent relevant HR experience.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
Manufacturing or FMCG experience highly desirable.
