Summary

We’re currently looking to recruit a Receptionist, who will provide a first-class service to all clients and visitors to the site, ensuring a courteous professional experience to all. You will answer the telephones, and redirect calls efficiently, and be the first point of contact for any issues reported. We’re looking for someone who will have excellent communication with the ability to ensure that all duties are processed in a professional and efficient manner.

In this role you will manage and range of activities and support visitors completing the onsite induction and providing PPE work wear as required. Contractors’ checks will be carried out to ensure they have completed inductions and general support to DS Smith request You will be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client. A key part of this role is that you have flexibility so you can support and provide holiday & sickness cover for the morning reception shift 08:30 – 13:00 Mon – Fri.
