Class 2 Driver (Temp to Perm)

Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00

Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week

We are currently recruiting for a

Class 2 Driver for a well-established fuel distribution business in Tamworth.

This is a

temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability, regular hours, and excellent overtime opportunities once permanent.

The Role

  • Delivering products to retail and commercial customers

  • Completing approximately

    • 12-15 drops per day

  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations

  • Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently

Manual Handling

Products range from

1kg to 30kg in weight. While some deliveries involve handballing items, heavier products are delivered using

sack trolleys, making this primarily a push-and-pull operation where required.

What's On Offer?

  • £15.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday schedule

  • 07:00 - 15:00 shifts

  • Guaranteed

    • 40 hours per week while working through the agency

  • Temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing business

  • Once permanent, overtime is available and paid at

    • time and a half (1.5x rate), with the opportunity to work additional hours in line with legal driving regulations

Immediate Start Available

Successful candidates can

start as soon as Monday. Your first day will include an induction, followed by working alongside an experienced driver to learn the role, routes, and customer deliveries before working independently.
