Summary

HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver – Temp to Perm

PAY: £14.75 per hour (£16.53 including holiday pay)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30–15:00

We are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Pay & Benefits

• £14.75 per hour (£16.53 including holiday pay)

• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 8 hours per day once permanent

• 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays once permanent

• Additional pallet bonus for returning pallets to site in good condition

• Permanent employment opportunity after 12 weeks

The Role

• Delivering palletised goods to customers

• Operating a tail lift and pump truck

• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally

• Returning pallets in good condition to qualify for the pallet bonus

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence

• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Experience with palletised deliveries preferred

• Confident using a tail lift and pump truck

• Reliable, professional and customer-focused
